Today in Sunday school, Amy said something that made me think twice...actually, I've thought of it several times since class. She said something along the lines of "The beauty of the gospel is that we can choose what we want to do. And with the knowledge that we have, we know exactly what we're choosing." The part about knowing exactly what we're choosing was the part that hit me. I often choose to stay up too late, or eat too much, or get distracted. And I know exactly what I'm choosing. It's time to CHOOSE better things!
